Clear rules for use
Teach Tek terms for teachers, academies, and learners.
These terms govern Teach Tek as a teacher-page, booking, teaching, and billing platform. They do not make Teach Tek responsible for an educational outcome or replace the agreement between teacher and learner, and they do not grant a right to publish content or data without authorization.

Accounts and roles
Users must provide accurate account information and protect passwords, sessions, and verification methods. An account is personal and must not be shared among staff or used under another person’s identity.
The workspace owner is responsible for plans, members, roles, workspace settings, domains, and integrations. A teacher is responsible for data, content, and policies inside an assigned profile; an assistant must remain within granted permission.
Inviting or assigning a member does not transfer content ownership or obligations. Academies must remove access when a member leaves and review assignments and records. The platform may revoke a session or suspend an account for security risk, deactivation, or abuse.
Learners and guardians use links and accounts intended for them. They must not attempt to access another learner record, bypass entitlement links, or redistribute private material.
Pages, content, and teaching
Content owners keep their rights and give Teach Tek the technical permission needed to store, process, and display content according to publishing choices. Copied, deceptive, harmful, privacy-invasive, or infringing content is prohibited.
Teachers or academies are responsible for accurate bios, availability, prices, results, reviews, and booking policies. Optional discovery does not constitute Teach Tek endorsement or guarantee an educational outcome.
Appropriate consent is required before publishing learner images, results, or testimonials or sending marketing. Paid or restricted materials remain private and storage URLs or entitlement gates must not be bypassed.
Attendance, assessment, progress, and certificate records are operational tools reviewed by the teacher. Errors should be corrected through the recorded workflow, and certificates should not be issued before teacher-defined completion requirements are met.
Booking, payment, and refunds
The teacher sets lesson type, time, price, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy. Learners should review those details before submitting and retain the booking management link.
A lesson or subscription invoice requests payment and is not evidence of success. A booking, entitlement, or paid plan changes only after verified evidence or authorized manual approval. An external provider may charge separate fees and impose separate terms.
The learner and teacher resolve lesson-payment refunds under the displayed policy and actual circumstances. Teach Tek records the refund and reference and prevents it from exceeding net payment, but does not promise a universal or immediate refund for every case.
Paid subscription cancellation is normally scheduled for paid-period end, while trial cancellation may stop paid access immediately. Subscription cancellation does not delete data. Any platform credit or refund appears as a separate document once approved.
Plans, domains, and external services
Displayed features, limits, and prices come from the current plan catalog. Do not rely on an old description or unverified message. A paid-plan request does not activate the plan before payment verification.
The domain owner remains responsible for registration, renewal, and DNS control. Connection requires correct CNAME and TXT records and TLS evidence; DNS propagation may take time. Removing a domain disconnects it and may require fresh verification later.
Messaging, meeting, AI, and payment integrations are independent services when enabled. Users must protect tokens, review provider fees and data policy, and never assume sending or payment succeeded before evidence appears.
We may limit or pause a feature when a plan expires, a limit is reached, an integration fails, or security is at risk. We aim to preserve records needed for recovery, but users should retain necessary copies and export before closure.
Termination, responsibility, and support
A user may stop using the service, cancel a subscription, or request workspace deletion. Deletion remains subject to retention periods and required financial and audit records described by the privacy policy.
The service is provided in its available state and may be affected by maintenance, networks, or external providers. We do not guarantee income, student volume, examination results, or continued use of a domain the user does not own.
Each party remains responsible for actions, agreements, content, and legal duties. For a lesson or refund dispute, first work with the teacher or invoice-issuing academy, then report to support if the platform record or access is incorrect.
Terms may change with the service or requirements. The update date appears above. Continued use after a new version is made available means acceptance to the extent permitted; users may stop and request export or deletion if they no longer wish to use the service.
