Resolve problems safely
Teach Tek support center.
Start with the problem type below and collect the visible reference without sending a password, access token, or full learner export. This guidance does not confirm payment, refund, or deletion merely because an inquiry was sent.

Sign-in and account
Use password recovery, then check email, device, and time. If the account is disabled or the workspace is unavailable, record the exact state and time rather than creating a duplicate workspace account.
Never share a verification code, password, or invitation link. An academy member should send role issues to the owner because support does not elevate permissions outside a verified workflow.
Booking and lesson payment
Keep the booking or invoice number, payment state, and time. Contact the teacher or academy first about appointment, deposit, cancellation, and refund policy.
If you paid but the state did not change, do not pay again before checking the reference. Send the transaction reference and amount only through a verified channel, never bank sign-in details.
Subscription and documents
The owner opens Billing to review plan, period, invoice, and payment evidence. An open invoice does not mean the plan is active.
Review a receipt, credit note, or refund note as a separate document. Include the document number when reporting a mismatch; do not rely on a screenshot without a reference.
Domain and privacy
For a domain issue, provide the domain and visible CNAME, TXT, and TLS state without registrar credentials. Do not delete unrelated DNS records.
For export or deletion, use the privacy request in workspace settings or the learner record. If you cannot sign in, provide workspace name and account email through the contact channel already present in account communications.
What to send support
Provide screen name, non-sensitive URL, time and timezone, visible state, and the actions immediately before the problem.
Include booking, invoice, or privacy-request number when needed. Redact learner names and phone numbers from images unless they are essential for verification.
Never send a password, verification code, integration token, card details, or full export. If an unverified message asks for them, stop and open Teach Tek from your known link.
